What you need
- Your Fire TV device, connected to the internet and signed in to an Amazon account.
- Your Turbo IPTV login details from the welcome email: a server (portal) URL, a username and a password. If you're on the trial, use the trial details.
- The name of the player app support recommends for Fire TV. Ask before installing if you're unsure.
Step 1: Check your Fire TV model and software
Open Settings → My Fire TV → About. Note the device name and Fire OS version. If you contact support, include these — they decide which player apps are available.
Step 2: Install a player app
If the player is in the Amazon Appstore: use the search on the Fire TV home screen, open the app's page and select Get or Download. This is the simplest route and keeps updates automatic.
If support gives you a download link instead: Fire TV only installs apps from outside the Appstore after you allow it for a specific app, usually a downloader app.
- Install a downloader app from the Appstore.
- Go to Settings → My Fire TV. If you don't see Developer options, open About and select your device name several times until a message says you're a developer.
- In Developer options, open Install unknown apps and turn it on for the downloader app only.
- Enter the link support gave you, install, then turn the setting back off if you prefer.
Only install apps from links you trust, and only from the support team you ordered from. Turbo IPTV doesn't sell or activate third-party player apps.
Step 3: Sign in with your details
Most players offer a login option labelled something like Login with Xtream Codes API. Enter:
- Server / portal URL — exactly as emailed, including
http://orhttps://and any port number. - Username and password — copy them carefully; they're case-sensitive.
Wait for the channel and on-demand lists to load; the first load can take a while on a large catalogue.
Step 4: Check playback
Play a few channels in different categories. If one channel stalls but others play, the issue is likely that channel. If everything stalls, check your connection and whether other screens are already using your connections.
If it doesn't work
- Login error: re-type the URL, username and password; a missing port or extra space is the usual cause.
- App won't install: check “Install unknown apps” is on for the app you used to download it.
- Everything buffers: Fire TV Sticks are usually on Wi-Fi; try moving the router closer or using an Ethernet adapter, then see the buffering checklist.
Still to verify
We'll update this guide with the specific player support recommends for Fire TV and model-tested screenshots once a real device test has been done. Until then, confirm the player with support.
US, UK and Canada: prices are the same USD totals wherever you are; we don't convert them, and your bank or card issuer may add a conversion fee. Channel availability, player apps in your device's app store and programme times depend on your viewing country, so tell support where you watch from when you ask.
